Becoming a Leader – Transformational Leadership Program – UBB, Cluj-Napoca

Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, in partnership with the Future of Leadership Institute, is proud to host the 1st UBB-led edition – and the 9th overall cohort – of the “Becoming a Leader” program, a transformative leadership journey designed to prepare the next generation of leaders in the heart of Transylvania.

This intensive program brings together 25 selected students eager to sharpen their leadership skills, connect with top business professionals, and gain practical insights from some of the most respected voices across multiple industries. Set against the dynamic and innovative backdrop of Cluj-Napoca – one of Europe’s most vibrant academic and cultural hubs – the program offers not only professional growth but also meaningful and lasting connections.
